Terms and conditions

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
• Arrivals are from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
• The reception staff will welcome the customer responsible for the reservation on site.
• The check-out deadline is 10:30 a.m.
• Reception is open daily from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and closed outside of these normal hours.
• You must provide a credit card or cash amount as a security deposit.
• Government-issued ID whit photo may be required.
• The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.

CHILDREN
• Cribs (cots) are not provided by the Hostel.
• The child rate applies from 3 years to 16 years.

PETS
• Pets or service animals are not allowed.

OTHER CONDITIONS
• Guests must keep premises clean and equipment in good working order at all times.
• All equipment damaged will be repaired at the client's expense. In the same way, all rooms left in a state of dirtiness will be cleaned at the client's expense.
• IIt is strictly forbidden to walk in the accommodation with shoes or boots, dirty, wet, snowy or sandy.
• Sleeping bags, sheets, blankets and pillows coming from outside are strictly forbidden in the Hostel.
• Sports equipment is prohibited in the accommodation.
• You must respect the traveler's rest between 11pm and 9am.
• You must respect the hours of access to the laundry room between 7am and 10pm.
• Emergency exit doors should only be used for this purpose.
• During a stay in accommodation, the people in a group cannot be replaced.
• The customer may not introduce into the room third parties not known to the hotelier, unless authorized by the latter. Similarly, the customer cannot rent a room for a number of people greater than that provided for in the reservation and by the regulations in force.
• Campfires and cooking fires are not allowed on the property of the Inn.
• In all rooms, suites and specifically in the S008 and S009, at all times, frying is prohibited and cooking must be under the constant and continuous supervision of a responsible person (18 years and older).
• It is the policy of this property to refuse certain reservations for group events or parties, including bachelor.
• The name on the credit card used on arrival for security deposit must match the name of the person in charge of the reservation.
• The property is non-smoking, If we find that this rule has not been respected, sanitation fee will be charged to the person in charge of the reservation.

A person who violates the terms and conditions may be expelled immediately without refund.
